Processing and Dispatch Information

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and official holidays. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.

Processing Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed and paid before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive within 5–12 days.

Shipping services are currently limited to France.

Shipping Charges

Orders below €79 are subject to a €7.99 shipping fee.

Orders of €79 or more qualify for free shipping.

Updating Shipping Address

To request a change to your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this timeframe, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes may not be possible.
